Adoptable Terms of Service
Design
Please credit me (@sunspout on twitter/IG) as the designer when appropriate.
You may redesign the adopt as you like and/or turn them into different forms (human/animal/etc.)!
Adopts are for personal-use only.
I have the right to not sell an adopt to anyone for any reason.
Artwork
I retain intellectual property rights to the original art and may post them on my social media (i.g. as commission examples)
You may crop, rotate, resize, etc. the original artwork for anything, like icons! But do not redraw over the original artwork to make design changes. Please make changes to the design in your own art or someone else's.
Trading/Selling
You can trade, sell, and gift the design to anyone.
If selling, ideally at least the cost of the original price + any commissioned work + your own art.
When the adopt has a new owner, please send me a message to notify me who. I really appreciate it!
